Silent Demolition of RC wall by drilling & bursting method in New Malden

J&I were tasked with removing a large RC wall without disturbing the building occupiers or residents. Out of hours working was not an option so we used a method called bursting. We diamond drilled a series of holes in the wall and using a hydraulic rock splitting burster we quietly demolished the wall. The client was pleased how this was done with no disturbance to the tenants above
